Michael S Cason

Michael S. Cason, 53, of Oxford, died Sunday evening, December 8, 2013 at University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Michael was born October 24, 1960 in Oxford to Wilbur and Marjorie Sayres Cason and attended Talawanda High School. On August 8, 1987, he was married in Oxford to the former Sandy L. Jolley. Michael had been employed for several years as an auto mechanic at Spring Street Auto Service in Oxford. He loved his cars, racing and traveling with his family. Michael is survived by his wife of 26 years; his son: Lucas S. Cason of Oxford; mother: Marjorie Cason of West College Corner, IN; his siblings and their spouses: Ron Cason and Gina of College Corner; Becky Maggard and Randy of Hamilton; Barb Moneyhun and Cindy Slade both of West College Corner, IN, Deby Day of Connersville, Jeanie Dunham and Janie Cason both of West College Corner, IN; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, Michael is preceded in death by his brothers: James P. and David D. Cason. Funeral services for Michael will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday at Showalter Blackwell Long Funeral Home, Baker Chapel, College Corner. Interment will follow in College Corner Cemetery.
