Betty Jean Norman, 58, formerly of Connersville, died April 2, 2012 at the Meadowview Regional Hospital in Maysville, KY. Mrs. Norman was born in Batesville on August 9, 1953 to Marshall T. and Dorothy Hensley Webb. She and her husband owned and operated The Pool Store in Maysville, Kentucky. Betty loved tending to her flowers and feeding and caring for several species of birds. Betty is survived by her husband Charles A. “Andy” Norman, one son Danny Wayne Ervine II of Connersville and her step-children, Kim, Pam, Laurie, Chuck, Joseph, Lisa and Michelle. Also surviving is her Mother, a brother Mark Webb of Eaton, OH and two sisters, Becky Holliday of Connersville, and Carol Byrd of Liberty. Preceding her in death were her Father and her sister Shirley Richardson. Funeral services for Betty Norman will be held Friday, April 6 at 11 A.M. at Showalter Blackwell Long Funeral Home, Myers Chapel, Connersville. Officiating will be Charles Holliday. Interment will follow in the Orange Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, April 5 from 6 until 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
